How to work through enquiries.

What people write about

The chart for the enquiry type shows the mix of complaints, applications and suggestions. A rise in complaints is the first thing to look into.

One list to answer

Every enquiry arrives with a name, a phone number and an e-mail. Export them to Excel, CSV or SPSS on any plan and share them out across your team.

One type at a time

On Basic and higher plans, filter the enquiries by type and read all the complaints in one go.

How to get clear enquiries.

  1. Keep the form short

Six fields are enough to reply. Add a field only if you will use it in the answer.

  2. Promise a response time you can keep

The closing note says three working days. Change it to what your team can actually do.

  3. Ask for details with logic

Show an order number question only for complaints. Other visitors never see it.

  4. Put it where questions come up

Place the form on your contact page, next to pricing and under the FAQ.
