How can I pay?
You can pay in your SurveyNinja profile using any convenient method — card, bank transfer, or as a legal entity (invoice, act).
Are there discounts?
Save 10% when you pay for 6 months and 30% for the year. Additionally, we offer programs for startups, education and non-profits: free plan and special terms.
Where can I use the surveys?
On any platform: social networks, messengers, email campaigns, advertising and embedded widgets. Surveys open via a link and look great on mobile.
Is there a trial?
Yes. After signup you get 14 days of the Premium plan free, no card required. After the trial, the account moves to Free; a paid plan can be activated any time in Billing.
I need a survey but have no time to build it.
We offer a turnkey research service: we design the survey (questions, logic, look), collect responses if needed, and prepare the report.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change a plan any time in Billing. Cancel there as well — when the paid period ends, the account moves to Free. We don’t bill for unused time.
How is the billing month calculated?
The period starts from the date of payment: e.g., if you pay on March 15, the next period begins on April 15 — not on the calendar month. Response limits reset at the start of each such period.
Can I pay as a company? Do you provide invoices and VAT?
Yes. You can request invoicing for legal entities and we work with VAT. For requisites and details, write to Support or include contact info during checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed individually upon request to Support in accordance with the offer and applicable law.
What is the main difference between plans?
Free — up to 3 surveys and 100 responses/month. Basic — 10 surveys, 1,000 responses, API, export. Standard — 50 surveys, 5,000 responses, logic & branching, integrations (Telegram, Google Sheets, webhooks), 3 seats, auto-backups. Premium — unlimited surveys and questions, 20,000 responses, SSO, custom domain, 5 seats, priority support. Full comparison is in the table above.
Is Premium really unlimited for surveys and questions?
Yes. The Premium plan has no caps on the number of surveys or questions per survey. The only cap is monthly responses (20,000); higher limits are available on request.
Are there special terms for startups, education and non-profits?
Yes. Startups — 50% off the first year (teams up to 5 people). Education and non-profits (contact us) — free plan and special terms. Apply on the linked pages.
How is the On-Premise version different from cloud plans?
The On-Premise version runs on your servers: data stays inside your infrastructure, you get full control, your storage and customization. Cloud plans run in our cloud, no install, billed monthly or annually.
What is in Enterprise and how do I get it?
Enterprise is a custom plan: dedicated manager, 99.9% SLA, extended limits, support for procurement and specific requirements. Apply on the Enterprise page or contact Support.
Do I need to enter a card to start the 14-day Premium trial?
No. No credit card is required for the 14-day Premium trial. After it ends, the account automatically moves to Free; you only pay if you decide to upgrade in Billing.
