Questions about this template

What questions should a quiz night registration form ask?

Who is signing up, a name for each player or team, how many people are on the team, whether they come in person or join online, a contact person and an e-mail for the event details. This form asks all of it, and its logic shows each person only the questions for them.

Can I use it for a virtual game night or a trivia night?

Yes. Both attendance questions already have online options. Rename the event on the welcome screen and in the questions to fit your night.

How do players see different questions?

The first question sends solo players to their name and attendance questions and teams to the team questions. Both paths then ask for an e-mail and end on the same finish screen. Logic works on every plan, including Free, and you can change it in the builder.

How do I share the form?

Post the link on your event page or in group chats, print the QR code on posters, or embed the form on your site.
