Are there any rules?

Yes. Key restrictions include: no paid search advertising (including branded keywords), no spam methods, no cashback schemes, no ClickUnder or PopUnder tactics. The platform and any location where you place your link must not violate applicable laws. Read the full affiliate program agreement for details.

Can I sign up using my own referral link?

No, this is not allowed. The purpose of the referral program is to attract new customers through partners, not to provide discounts to partners themselves.

Can I register clients myself using my referral link?

We recommend registering clients from their own computers, or without using a referral link — in which case you can send us their details for manual confirmation.

How do I join the affiliate program?

It's very simple and completely free. Sign up to SurveyNinja, then navigate to the "Partners" section from the menu and create your affiliate link. That's all — just start sharing it with anyone who could benefit from SurveyNinja.

What commission rates will I receive?

We start partners at 20% commission on every sale. If a partner demonstrates excellent results, we are always open to revising the terms of the partnership agreement upward.

When and how will I get paid?

Our product has a refund guarantee for unused periods. After a user pays, your commission enters processing and is automatically credited monthly based on the subscription amount for the previous month. Payouts are made upon partner request. If your income is stable, we can automatically transfer funds at the start of each month without a separate request.

How are sales tracked?

We track sales through the links you place on your website or share with other users. When a potential buyer clicks a URL, a cookie is saved in their browser. This lets us see all affiliate sales made through your link. You can track your results in real time on the affiliate dashboard.

How much do SurveyNinja affiliates earn?

Partners earn commissions of 20% to 30% on each sale. Your income depends on how many people use your affiliate link to purchase a SurveyNinja plan.

Will I earn commission if a client clicks my link but buys later?

Yes, the client is attributed to you for 30 days. However, note that the last-click cookie wins — if the client later uses another partner's link before purchasing, the commission goes to that partner, not you.
