Smart Analytics Beta

Hundreds of answers. One clear report.

Smart Analytics reads your survey responses and writes the report: what people praise and complain about, which groups rate you lower and what the numbers say. It usually takes under a minute.

Smart Analytics comes with Premium and Enterprise.

Reading three hundred open answers takes a day. Smart Analytics reads them for you, finds what people keep saying and shows it with quotes from their answers.

Three sections. Three questions about your survey.

Smart Analytics splits the report the way you read results: what people say, who feels differently and what the numbers show.

Text analysis

What are people saying?

Open answers are where the real feedback is, and the hardest part to read. The report goes through them for each open question.

  • Key findings: the two or three things to act on, in plain words.
  • Sentiment: how many answers are positive, negative, neutral or mixed.
  • Topics inside each sentiment, with quotes from the answers behind them.

Works with open-ended questions: text and full name.

Text analysis: negative answers grouped into topics, each with quotes from respondents

Comparative analysis

Who rates you lower, and why?

The report checks which answers split your ratings, for example delivery time against satisfaction, and shows the differences that matter.

  • The two largest groups of each answer, each with at least 5 people.
  • The strength of the difference: strong, moderate, weak or none.
  • What it means for you, written next to every finding.

Works with a rating question (stars, smileys, opinion scale, NPS or slider) and a single-answer question that splits people into groups.

Comparative analysis: the main insight and how late deliveries pull satisfaction down

Quantitative analysis

What do the numbers say?

Every closed question gets a chart, its key numbers and a short reading of what stands out.

  • Ratings and NPS: average, median and mode.
  • Rankings: the leader and the lowest ranked option. Matrices: the best and the worst aspect.
  • Numbers and dates: the most frequent range or period.

Works with choice, rating, NPS, number, date, ranking and matrix questions.

Questions and answers

Which plans include Smart Analytics?

Premium and Enterprise. The plan sets how many surveys can have an AI report, and updating a report doesn't use that limit. The feature is in beta, so we keep improving it based on feedback.

How many responses does the report need?

At least 5 completed responses. Incomplete and disqualified responses are not counted. The comparison section also needs two groups of at least 5 people each.

Which questions does it analyze?

Text analysis reads open-ended answers. Comparative analysis needs a rating question (rating, smile rating, opinion scale, NPS or slider) and a single-answer question that splits respondents into groups. Quantitative analysis covers choice questions, ratings and scales, numbers, dates, ranking and matrices.

Which language is the report written in?

In the interface language of the person who creates or updates it: English, Spanish or Portuguese. Quotes come from your respondents' answers.

Does the report update by itself?

No. A badge on Update report shows how many new responses came in. Once enough have arrived, you update the whole report or one section. A failed update keeps the previous version on the page.

How do I share the report?

Download it as a PDF, or share a link. Anyone with the link can view the report without signing in, and the link always shows the latest version.

Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes. Averages, distributions and group comparisons are calculated from your data, while the AI sorts open answers by sentiment and writes the conclusions. Each topic comes with quotes from the answers it is based on. Check important numbers in Reports before you share them.
