SurveyNinja On-Premise runs in Docker on your own servers. Our team helps size the servers and configure the setup for your infrastructure.

Can surveys use our own domain and branding?

Yes. Surveys open on your own domain with your logo, colors, fonts, and themes, so respondents see your brand only.

How does data remain private on On-Premise?

All data — survey responses, user information, and files — is stored exclusively on your servers. No data is transmitted to SurveyNinja's cloud. You have full control and ownership of all data at all times.

What is included in the On-Premise subscription?

The subscription includes the platform, installation by our team, technical support and version updates. Custom development is available at additional cost.

How long does deployment take?

It depends on your infrastructure and internal approvals, so we agree on the schedule before signing. Our team handles the installation and walks your administrators through it.
