Questions about switching

Which Google Forms questions come over?

All of them: short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, rating, grids (as matrix questions), date, time and file upload. Titles, images and videos become message blocks.

Can I move my Google Forms responses?

Yes, on paid plans. Turn on Transfer respondent responses before you move the form, and every collected response comes along, up to 10,000 per transfer. Imported responses don't count toward your monthly limit.

Is the import free?

Moving the form is free on every plan, including Free. Response transfer works on paid plans, not during the trial.

What about sections and branching?

Questions arrive as one list. Add logic in the SurveyNinja builder: show or skip questions, jump to the end or screen out respondents, from the Basic plan.

Will my Google Form stop working?

No. SurveyNinja only reads the form, so it keeps collecting in Google Forms until you replace the link.
