Questions about switching

Can I import a Microsoft Form directly?

Microsoft Forms doesn't export forms in a format other tools can read. Describe the form to the AI generator or start from a template, and write to us if you'd like help moving several forms.

How do I move my Microsoft Forms responses?

Open the Responses tab, click Open results in Excel and save the file. Upload it to your SurveyNinja survey on a paid plan and match the columns to questions. Imported responses don't count toward your monthly limit.

Do I need a Microsoft 365 account to use SurveyNinja?

No. Anyone can sign up with an email address, and respondents need no account at all.

Can I still get my results in Excel?

Yes. Download responses as Excel or CSV from the Basic plan, together with PDF, Word and SPSS.
