What the plugin does

A survey from one sentence

Type what you want to learn, or start from a preset: NPS, feedback, lead quiz or knowledge test. AI writes the questions, answer options and the thank-you screen.

A survey from the post itself

Choose "From the page text" and AI builds questions from the post open in the editor, even before you save it. Handy for quizzes after an article or a lesson.

Four ways to show it

In the text of the post, as a popup on load, after a delay or, on desktop, when the visitor is about to leave, as a button that opens a popup, or as a side panel after scrolling.

A survey after every WooCommerce order

Ask buyers on the "Thank you" page, and a few days later by email from your shop. The answer shows up right in the order.

You sign in, choose a workspace, and the site gets access only to it. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Ready for AI agents

On WordPress 6.9 and newer, agents connected to your site can list surveys, create one with AI and read it. These abilities stay private unless you open them.

In WordPress, open Plugins, then Add New, search for SurveyNinja, then install and activate it.

Open SurveyNinja, then Settings, and click Connect account. Sign in or sign up for free and choose a workspace.

Questions about the WordPress plugin

Do I need a SurveyNinja account?

Yes. Surveys, answers and AI run on SurveyNinja, and the plugin connects your site to it. The free plan works with the plugin.

Do I need my own OpenAI key?

No. AI runs on the SurveyNinja side and is part of your plan. There are no API keys to copy.

The "Connect account" button is missing. Why?

The secure connection needs HTTPS on your site. Turn on HTTPS and the button appears. A localhost address works while you develop.

Does it work without the block editor?

Yes. Use the Elementor widget, or the [surveyninja] shortcode in the Classic editor and page builders.

What does the WooCommerce survey send to SurveyNinja?

Besides the answers, only the order number with your site's signature, so the answer can be matched to the order. The email after the order is sent by your shop through WooCommerce, and the buyer's address is not sent to SurveyNinja. The buyer's user ID, role or email go along only if you turn that on.
