How does SurveyNinja connect to Telegram?

Via Webhook + Telegram Bot API or via Zapier: enable Webhook in SurveyNinja, create a Telegram bot with BotFather, then forward webhook data to your bot using the sendMessage API or a Zapier Zap. Takes about 10 minutes.

Can I send alerts only for low-score responses?

Yes. When using Zapier, add a Filter step between the Webhook trigger and Telegram action — continue only if score is less than 4. With a custom bot script you can filter on any condition.

Can I send to different Telegram groups based on the response?

Yes. Use Zapier Paths or conditional logic in your bot script to route responses to different Telegram chats — high scores to one group, low scores to another.

What data appears in the Telegram message?
