Survey Archive: how to hide and restore
Content
The “Survey Archive” section in the dashboard allows you to temporarily remove surveys from the dashboard while keeping their data and the option to restore them later. This is a convenient way to keep your account organized when the number of surveys starts to grow.
Archiving does not delete a survey — all responses, statistics, and content are preserved.
How the archive works
- When archived, a survey keeps all its data (content and statistics).
- The survey becomes unavailable to respondents.
- It is no longer counted toward the limit of active surveys.
- The survey can be restored at any time and made active again.
How archiving differs from deletion
- Deletion means complete and irreversible removal of the survey.
- Archive means temporary storage with the option to restore and reuse the survey.
The “Archive” section in the dashboard
There is a separate “Archive” section in the dashboard where all archived surveys are displayed. Here you can:
- view the list of archived surveys;
- open any of them in view mode;
- restore a survey back to active ones.
